  7.      This library of DOS utilities include printer utilities to set
  8.      printer control codes for the following printers: EPSON, NEC
  9.      PINWRITER, IBM PRO PRINTER. Also includes a file lister and printer
  10.      utility, a clock tick counter for test BIOSs and TSRs that prevent
  11.      the DOS tick counter from operating, and a batch delay command to
  12.      wait a set amount of time.
